CENTRAL

Hefner: November 16. Elevation normal, liquid 55-60 and obvious. Walleye reasonable on lipless baits, sassy shad and jerk baits along riprap and things. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on lipless baits, grubs and chrome homosexual blades around things and riprap. Crappie reasonable on minnows and jigs around docks and riprap. Largemouth bass fair on jigs and crankbaits along riprap. Channel and blue catfish effective on slice bait and minnows along riprap. Report submitted by Happy Lure Tackle.

NORTHEAST

Ft. Gibson: November 16. Elevation above regular, water 62 and clear. Crappie good on minnows and pipe jigs in black and chartreuse at 12-15 ft. around rocks, brush construction and docks. Striped bass fair on crankbaits and synthetic baits at 4-15 ft. around things and shorelines. Blue, station and flathead catfish good on live shad and shad at 15-20 ft. in the main pond and along flats. White bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits and jigs at 4-10 ft. around points while the primary pond. Report submitted by Rick Stafford of Wagoner.

Hudson: November 10. Elevation typical, water 64. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 9-15 ft. around brush structure, standing wood and things. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits, rogues and jerk bait at 4-8 ft. around brush framework, standing timber and shorelines. Lower Illinois: November 15. Elevation typical, water 60-65. Trout reasonable on PowerBait and in-line spinnerbaits underneath the dam. Trout stocking has started again. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, online game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Perry CCC: November 16. Elevation regular, water murky. Trout great on PowerBait and small lures along shorelines. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, online game warden stationed in Noble County.

Sooner: November 16. Elevation regular, liquid evident. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids fair on real time shad in the primary lake. Report posted by Doug Gottschalk, online game warden stationed in Noble County.

Tenkiller: November 16. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 64 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and noticed bass fair on jerk baits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits at 3-15 ft. around brush construction, in the primary lake and along shorelines. White bass effective on in-line spinnerbaits, spoons, locks jigs and slabs at 1-5 ft. however lake, around points and along windy shorelines in evenings. Crappie reasonable on minnows, hair jigs and pipe jigs at 3-15 ft. around docks and brush framework. Report posted by Monte Brooks of Cookson.

SOUTHEAST

Arbuckle: November 14. Elevation normal, liquid 63 and stained. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and lipless baits at 5 ft. along shorelines, flats and creek networks. Crappie and bluegill good on real time bait, jigs, crankbaits and lipless baits at 6-22 ft. around docks, brush structure and shallows. White bass good on lipless baits, crankbaits and roadrunners at 4 ft. along coves, flats, creek channels and up Rock Creek. Report provided by Jack Melton.

Blue River: November 10. Elevation regular, liquid 59 and obvious. Trout exceptional on PowerBait, spinnerbaits and spoons at 3-6 ft. along channels, rocks and sandbars. Stocked roughly 2, 405 rainbow trout had been stocked on November 10. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait, chicken liver and worms at 4-7 ft. along channels, brush construction and rocks. Eufaula: November 15. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal. Striper fair on Alabama rigs, synthetic baits and lipless baits at 2-15 ft. around docks, rocks and points. White bass fair on pieces and jigs at 3-15 ft. around things and bridges. Blue catfish great on slice bait, stinkbait and shad at 4-20 ft. along flats plus the river channel. Konawa: November 16. Elevation below normal, liquid 63 and obvious. Largemouth bass slow on sassy shad, crankbaits and jerk baits at 8-14 ft. within the discharge, around things and the inlet. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, stinkbait, shrimp and punch bait at 6-12 ft. in discharge, creek stations and around points. Robert S. Kerr: November 15. Elevation regular, water evident. Striped bass slow on spinnerbaits and crankbaits at 8 ft. across the lake station, riprap and brush framework. Blue catfish fair on juglines and drifting shad and shrimp at 15 ft. in the main pond and lake channel. Texoma: November 15. Elevation normal, water 69 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass great on plastic baits, crankbaits and spinnerbaits at 5-20 ft. along coves, shorelines and brush structure. Striped and white bass great on live shad, sassy shad and Pencil Poppers at 10-25 ft. below the dam, along coves in addition to lake channel. Channel and blue catfish effective on real time bait, worms, shrimp and stinkbait at 5-20 ft. underneath the dam, along riprap, creek networks and active cleaning channels. Crappie, sunfish and white bass fair on pipe jigs, minnows, tiny lures and ghost minnows at 5-15 ft. around docks, brush framework, Kansas Creek and upper Rock Creek.
